摘 要:为了解儿童肺炎衣原体 (C.Pn)感染状况及临床特点 ,初步探讨协助临床诊断的方法 ,采用Hep-2细胞培养法对87例肺炎患儿的鼻咽分泌物进行C.Pn分离培养 ,同时用微量免疫荧光 (MIF)试验检测血清中的IgG、IgM。结果从11例患儿的鼻咽分泌物中分离出C.Pn ,阳性率12.64% ,其中3岁及以下阳性率12.2% (5/41例 ) ,3岁以上阳性率13 % (6/46例 ) ,两者差异无显著性。在这11例患儿中 ,8例检到相应的高效价抗体 (有1例未采到血清 )。提示C.Pn是儿童呼吸道病原之一 。To explore the infective situation and clinical manifestation of chlamydia pnumoniae(C.Pn) pneumonia in children,C.Pn was isolated from nasopharyngeal secretion by Hep-2 cell culture method and serum IgG and IgM was determined by microimmunofluorescence(MIF)method in 87 children with C.Pn pneumonia.The results showed that the positive C.Pn rate was 12.64%(11/87 children).There were positive rates of 12.1%(5/41)under 3 years old and 13%(6/46) over 3 years old in 11 children with positive C.Pn,respectively.No statistically significant difference was found between the age groups.Furthermore,antibody to C.Pn with high titer was found in 8/11 cases (one case was failure to collect blood specimen).It is suggested that C.Pn is one of common pathogen of respiratory tract infection in children including young infants.
