摘　　要：目的 :了解老年人围手术期死亡原因及相关因素 ,总结防治方法。方法 :回顾性分析84例65岁以上老年人围手术死亡原因。结果 :围手术期死亡与病情估计、全面查体、手术时机、术式把握、手术操作失误和术后并发症的发生或处理不当等因素相关。结论 :提高对老年患者病情复杂多样、耐受性差、危险性高的认识 ,全面分析病情、减少失误、防止并发症是减少医源性纠纷 。Objectvie:The understanding the pari-operation death reason and related factor of the old years patients,sum divice of prevention and cure.Methods:The 84 cases 65 years and above old years patients pari-operation death reason were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Pari-operation death relate to condition estimate,compeletely check,operation opportune,type,operation working error and operation-post complications occurrence and tot appropriate treatment.Conclusion:To stilted get cognition that to old patient condition complicacy and variety,tolerance is low,higher risk.general analysis condition,slow the error,prevent the complications was key that to slow the cure dispute and step-down the death rate.
