摘　　要：目的 对本地区近二年内出境劳务人员和归国劳务人员梅毒感染者进行病学调查分析其感染因素制定预防对策;方法 对出入境人员进行常规体格检查时,检测梅毒(RPR)抗体,确认梅毒感染者后进行流行病学调查;结果 归国劳务人员中梅毒感染率(4/736)大于首次出境劳务人员(8/4752);结论 出入境检验检疫机关在做好出入境人员传染病监测工作的同时,应依靠政府认真履行归国人员传染病监测的法律法规,加大对归国劳务人员传染病监测的工作力度,防止感染的传入和传播。Objective To analyses the infectious factors of syphilis sufferers and to find out a valid countermeasure, the rent service personnel of the last two years were investigated. Methods The physical examinations were taken for entry - exit personnel, including the inspection of anti - RPR. The affirmed sufferers were given a epidemiologic inquisition. Results The syphilis infectious rate of the returned rent service personnel (4/736) is higher than that of the exit - personnel (8/4752) . Conclusion The laws of the surveillance of the infectious disease and surveillance work should be earnestly executed by the department of inspection and quarantine, depending on the government. Especially, the surveillance of infectious diseases should be enhanced to prevent the infectious disease streaming into and spreading.
