运动负荷试验对糖尿病患者下肢血流动力学影响的观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨运动负荷试验对糖尿病患者下肢血流动力学的影响。方法 对76例明确诊断为糖尿病Ⅱ型的患者,进行二级梯运动负荷试验后,经多普勒声像仪测定下肢踝肱动脉比及血流动力学指标。结果 实验组踝肱动脉比明显降低,而阻力指数和搏动指数明显增加;对照组踝肱动脉比和阻力指数和搏动指数变化差异无显著。结论 运动负荷试验能够检测出糖尿病伴有下肢血管病变的患者,有利于指导临床护理工作。Objective To evaluate the effects of exercise tolerance test on patients with diabetes mel-litus. Methods 76 patients diagnosed as having type-2 diabetes mellitus underwent two-step exercise test. Doppler ultrasonography was performed to determine the ratio of malleolar/ brachial artery diameter in lower extremities and hemodynamic parameters afterwards. Results The ratio of malleolar/brachial artery diameter was much lower in the intervention group, while the resistance index and the pulsitive index increased significantly. However there were no significant changes in these parameters in the control group. Conclusion Exercise tolerance test is useful in detecting the angiopathy of lower extremities in patients with diabetes mellitus, and therefore it is be helpful in directing clinical nursing.
