摘　　要：同医院临床护理相比,社区护理有其特点,社区护士单独进入家庭,其职业安全受到严峻考验。如何加强护理人员的自我防护意识成为医院护理管理的重要课题。针对社区护士的人身安全、职业保护、心理健康等问题,采取一系列措施,取得较好效果。Community nursing is different from clinical nursing in hospitals. When the community nurse enters the family alone, her professional safety faces somatic and psychological danger. How to enhance nurse's self-protection becomes an important problem in nursing management. The nursing department of our hospital has adoptsed a series of measures in regard to the body safety, profession protection and mental health of community nurses and made a better efficiency.
