转SCK基因水稻后代农艺性状变异的研究

摘　　要：研究了转 SCK水稻及其对照栽培后的各项农艺性状的变化。对转基因水稻及其对照的生育期、主茎叶数、株高、剑叶长、剑叶宽、穗数、穗长、穗粒数、穗实粒数、千粒重、着粒密度等农艺性状进行了研究。结果表明 :与对照相比 ,转基因水稻植株都在 1个或多个农艺性状上发生不同程度的变异 ,其中株高均趋向矮化 ,穗数增加 ,其它性状变异的方向和幅度并不一致 ,如转 SCK的 C1 62的穗粒数、实粒数及千粒重都明显少于对照 ;转 SCK的 R5 2 7和 M81结实率下降 ;转 SCK的 O2 42 8的实粒数、结实率和千粒重增加 ;转 SCK的 D62实粒数。The paper deals with the agronomic characteristic variations of the transgenic rice with SCK and the control. Agronomic characteristics were analyzed preliminarily such as growth period, number of leaf in the main stem, plant height, sword leaf length and width, effective panicles per plant, panicle length, total grains per panicle, filled grains per panicle, 1000-grain weight, and total grains per cm. Compared with the control, the agronomic characteristics of transgenic rice had variation at some extent. Excepting the plant height tended to shorter than the control and the number of tillers increased, the direction and extent of the other traits'mutation could not be forecast. Compared with the controls, total grains per panicle, filled grains per panicle, 1000grain weight of transgenic C162 decreased distinctly, seed setting rate of transgenic R527 and M81 decreased, filled grains per panicle, seed setting rate, 1000-grain weight of transgenic 02428 and D62 increased.
