摘　　要：本文分析了辽宁省防汛抗旱信息化建设现状,剖析存在的问题,提出发展思路和建设构想,并对推进防汛抗旱信息化建设提出了几点建议。The paper analyses the present situation of information construction for flood control and drought resistance in Liaoning province, dissects the existed question, puts forward the development train of thought and the proposition for pushing on the information construction of flood control and drought resistance.
