松辽流域水事纠纷调处方法探析

摘　　要：松辽流域省际间的界河、跨省(自治区)河流较多,随着经济的迅速发展省际间出现了多起水事纠纷。本文结合参加调处的多起省际间水事纠纷,对流域机构在流域内调处水事纠纷的方法进行了探析。There are many boundary rivers between provinces and many rivers across provinces in Songliao rivers basin. Along with the economy rapid development, some water disputes are kindled sometimes. The authors discuss and analyze the ways and means to intercede these water disputes for the river basin management committee combining personal experience.
