摘 要:为了评价辅助蒸汽或者水的热量利用效果 ,热力系统的局部变化分析是非常必要的。以能量平衡为基础 ,提出了局部定量的原则和计算方法。该方法物理意义明确 ,结果准确。应用该方法对厂用抽汽及其利用系统进行了局部定量分析 ,给出了厂用抽汽的参数、回水率及回水位置对经济性的影响 。In order to evaluate reclaiming effect of energy with auxiliary steam or water, energy balance analysis of thermal system local variation is necessary. The research object is to develop accurate algorithm and model for evaluating the effect of thermal system local variation on thermal efficiency. Based on the principle of energy balance, a new algorithm and model is proposed, then the proposed algorithm and model is applied to evaluate reclaiming effect of extraction steam using by plant in the paper. The influence, caused by parameters of extraction steam, reclaiming drain water flow rate and its entering position, is calculated and analyzed in details. These results show that the proposed new algorithm and model may be very helpful for engineers to improve the efficiency of steam turbine.
