摘　　要：对于闪蒸冷却法生产磷酸工艺 ,采用磷矿评价试验报告或其它资料中萃取槽内磷酸料浆氟及相关组成数据可以计算萃取槽尾气和闪蒸尾气中氟及其它组分。在相同温度、不同压力时 ,湿法磷酸或磷酸料浆上方平衡蒸气中 ,四氟化硅、氟化氢。About WPA production with flashingcooling technology, the contents of F compounds and other components in flash gas and extraction tank can be calculated out based on the data of fluorine and other relative matters in WPA slurry of extraction tank from evaluation report of phosphate rock and other technological information.
