摘  要:拍门是轴流泵站主要截流闭锁装置之一,其动态特性与泵装置停泵过渡过程中泵机组动力学特性、管路系统瞬交流及液压启闭机构动态特性等有关。文中结合湖北樊口泵站大型拍门模型试验,介绍了拍门及液压启闭系统模型相似设计方法,运用微机动态测试系统实测了不同装置扬程下两种不同渐变缓冲方案的拍门动态参数及启闭机油缸内压力变化过程,根据模型试验结果合理确定了樊口泵站拍门技术改造中截流渐变回油口槽道面积方案。该研究成果不仅为樊口泵站拍门技术改造提供依据,同时也对同类截流闭锁装置设计、改造具有参考价值。As one of the imported valves in axial pumping stations, the moment characteristics of flap valve is related to hydraulic transient of turbine, time dependent flow of pipe system and dynamic characteristics of hydraulic hoist. Combined with the flap valve model test of Fankou pumping station, the simulation method of flap valve and hydraulic hoist model are introduced, the dynamic characteristics of two different schemes with variant pumping head is tested and studied. With computer measure system,dynamic parameter and dash power of flap valve and change course of oil pressure in hydraulic buffer are obtained. It can be shown that suitable channel square with section change can realize reliable cushion and eliminate bump force. The results not only provides the necessary basis for flap valve reconstruction of Fankou pumping station, they also has the function of guiding and referring for the similar flap valve and hydraulic buffer.
