摘　　要：本文关注了我国特有的单位体制现象,对其现状和发展趋势与现有研究展开对话,认为单位体制正在不断地走向弱化,但单位体制的一些特征会长期存在并我国的社会结构产生深远影响。This paper is about the Danwei-system in China.In answer to the discussing about status quo and trend of the Unit-system,we dean that the Danwei-system tends to infirming while affecting the society-con- struct of China deeply and for a long time.
