摘　　要：中西传统法律文化特征涵盖面广 ,而本文仅比较中国传统法律的伦理化与西方法律宗教性这一特征。笔者从伦理化、宗教性的过程、成因、表现、评价四个方面来加以比较论述 ,从而展示不同文明孕育下的传统文化的差异。Characteristics of traditional Chinese and Western laws and culture cover many ranges and this paper only compares codes of ethics of traditional Chinese laws with the religious tradition of western laws. The author affords the comparison and narration from the process, origin, manifestation and criticism of the ethics and religious tradition and reveals the differences of traditional culture originating from different civilizations.
