摘　　要：运用系统节能的理论 ,分析了物流对钢铁企业炼铁工序的节能影响 ;从工艺和物流两方面提出了采用提高入炉矿品位、降低返矿率、烧结矿环冷余热回收、热风烧结、降低烧结机漏风率等降低炼铁能耗的措施。Utilizing the theory of systematic energy saving, the effect of material flow on energy saving in ironmaking is analyzed. The ways of reducing energy consumption in ironmaking is put forward in aspects of technology and material flow, such as, improvement of raw material quality, reduction of returns, heat recovery of sinters, hot blast sintering, leakage reducing on sintering machine etc..
