老年高血压病左室肥厚QT离散度改变及缬沙坦的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨老年高血压病左室肥厚 (LVH)QT离散度 (QTd改变及缬沙坦对其影响。方法　对 86例老年高血压病患者和 31例年龄相当的健康人对照组进行超声心动图、体表心电图检查 ,并对LVH组行 6mon缬沙坦降压治疗后复查超声心动图和心电图 ,计算QTd及LVH。结果　①高血压伴LVH组 (n =33)QTd明显大于正常对照组 (n =31)和高血压无左室肥厚组(n =5 3)。②经缬沙坦治疗后LVH逆转、QTd明显缩短。结论　高血压左室肥厚的QT离散度增加 ,持续缬沙坦治疗能逆转LVH并改善QTd。AIM To investigate the changes of QT dispersion (QTd) in elderly hypertensive subjects with left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and the effect of valsartan on the QTd and LVH. METHODS By echocardiogram and electrocardiogram, 86 cases of elderly hypertensive subjects and 31 control persons were monitored. The QTd and LVH in hypertension patients with LVH were measured before and six months afer the treatments. RESULTS (1) The QTd in hypertension with LVH ( n =33) were significantly broader than in control( n =31) and hypertension with Non LVH( n =53) (2)The treatments of patients with valsartan significantly reduced QTd and LVH. CONCLUSION The QTd was prolonged in hypertension with LVH,Valsartan could diminish the LVH and QTd.
