从中日贸易战看WTO规则在国际贸易中的运用

摘　　要：本文通过论述中日贸易战的起始与解决,援引WTO《保障措施条款》,认为日本发动对中国三种农产品的紧急限制进口措施是违背WTO规则的。在此基础上,结合中国贸易大国地位提升,成为国际市场上反倾销的最大对象国和受害国,以及刚刚加入世贸组织等事实,提出我们应主动寻求WTO规则,努力遵循并灵活运用其来保护自身利益,以求在激烈竞争的国际市场中获胜。The article reviews the business conflict between China and Japan and concludes that the instant restrictions on our import are in breach of WTO Rules. Based on the fact that China has become the largest victim of anti -dumping with the rapid economic growth and just entered WTO, the article further propose we should apply the WTO Rules positively, flexibly and to the point as well as obey them in our business activities so as to protect ourselves and win in the rough competition.
