极板固化设备原理与固化条件对极板质量的影响

摘　　要：以实际生产使用的固化室为研究对象 ,阐述了固化设备的原理 ,并论述了固化机理 ,以球磨机铅粉为讨论对象 ,研究了固化条件对极板质量的影响 ,同时对比了球磨机铅粉极板和巴顿铅粉极板的固化条件。The first research object of this paper is the curing chamber,it describes the principle of curing equipment and the mechanism of curing;the second is the ball mill lead oxide plates,the effect of curing conditions for green plates on the quality of lead acid battery plates is studied and discussed.In addition,the curing conditions for ball mill lead oxide plates and Barton lead oxide plates are compared.
