摘　　要：本文介绍了硅片处理系统的组成及各模块功能的实现,重点阐述了系统结构、调速及测速的原理,最后给出了上位机编程的设计思想。In this paper,the org anization of handling system of silicon chip and the functions of each module are introduced at first .Then the speed g overning system and the principles of speed measurement are empha-sized.Last,the desig n thoug ht of the host computer prog ram is described.
