实验性家兔急性心肌缺血cAMP、cGMP、MAO含量变化及相关性研究  

Content Change and Retativity Study of cAMP、 cGMP and MAO of Acut Myocardial Ischemia in Experimental Family Rabbits

摘　　要：目的:观察家兔冠状动脉结扎后,心肌、血清中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)含量变化及相互关系。方法:缺血组结扎冠状动脉左室支中点;假手术组在冠状动脉左主干下穿过丝线但不结扎;对照组不做手术。50min后取血及心肌检测指标,缺血组心肌缺血范围由墨汁染色确定。结果:缺血组心肌及血清cAMP、MAO含量、cAMP/cGMP值显著升高;cGMP含量显著下降,与假手术组和对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01);对照组与假手术组相比差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:cAMP、cGMP、MAO三项指标与家兔的急性心肌缺血具有相关性,对研究临床急性心肌缺血具有参考价值。TO observe content change and interrelation of cAMP、cGMP and MAO both in myocardium and in serium when coronary arteries were ligatured. Methods: Ligatured semipart of left coronary artery (ischemic group). Passed through a thread blow left coronary artery stem, but didn't ligatured (pseudoparation group), and didn't make any operation in comparation group. After 50 mm, made relative index analysis of myocardium and serium. Results: Ischemic group myocardium and serium cAMP、MAO、cAMP/cGMP remarkable increased and cGMP remarkable decreased. Ischemic group was more remarkably than the other groups (P< 0.01). There was not significantly different between pseudoparation group and comparation group (P>0.05). Conclusin: Exist a closely relation of cAMP、cGMP and MAO to acute myocardial ischemia disease and have diagnosis values to the disease.
