发动机制动对汽车制动性能的影响分析

摘　　要：发动机制动对整车的制动效能和制动的方向稳定性能都会产生影响,在设计前后车轮制动力分配时必须要考虑这一因素。基于制动法规和实际使用要求,分析了发动机制动对汽车制动性能的一些影响,并推导出发动机参与制动时利用附着系数的计算公式,在此基础上通过具体实例,试验分析了制动效能和方向稳定性的几点问题。The engine brake has effects on vehicle braking efficiency and braking stabillity.When designing brake force distribution,is must be con sidered.In the paper,effects of engine brake on vehicle braking performance ar e analyzed based on braking regulations and actual operational requirements,and Equations of adhesion value utillization when engine brake participates braking are induced.Based on it,several problems on braking efficiency and direction al stabillity are analyzed by tests.
