摘　　要：介绍了铁路局、分局调度指挥管理系统的结构、性能及其应用。该系统是我国铁路调度指挥现代化进程中的重要环节,采用现代化的信息技术,是一个以通信、信号、计算机网络、多媒体等融为一体的三级四层分散控制、集中管理的综合性现代化运输调度指挥系统。It was introduced that the construction,performance and applications of Dispatching Management Information System (DMIS ) for Administration and Branch .DMIS is an important link for the modernization of railway traffic control in China, By adopting information technology,it is a system of distributed control and centralized management with four levels and there grades and integration of telecommunication,railway singnalling,computer network and multimedia,etc.
