四川野生假俭草的抗寒性比较

摘　　要：通过冬季对四川野生假俭草进行脯氨酸含量的测定及绿色期的观察 ,表明四川不同生态型野生假俭草的抗寒性存在差异 ,脯氨酸含量的大小与绿色期的长短呈正相关关系。在 4种生态型中 ,雅安假俭草所含脯氨酸的量最高 ,为 3 2 .84μg/g ,绿色期表现最长 ,为 3 2 3d ,而都江堰假俭草脯氨酸含量为 10 .87μg/g ,绿色期表现最短。According to the proline measurement and green period of native centipedegrass from different ecotype in Sichun, cold acclimation is different between them. The tests of proline indicates the amount of proline is related to centipedegrass s green period. Among the four ecotypes, proline amount in Ya'an ecotype is the highest, which is 32.84 μg/g,and green period is the longest, which is 323 days. However proline amount in Dujianyan ecotype is the lowest, which is 10.87 μg/g,and green period is the shorted.
