摘 要:对我国审定登记的 5个苏丹草品种 ,应用幼苗叶片过氧化物酶同功酶电泳技术进行品种鉴定。结果表明 ,5个品种过氧化物酶同功酶表现出明显的谱带差异 :首先根据相对迁移率 (Rf)为 0 .834位置酶带的形状将 5个品种划分为 3组。其中 ,新苏 2号和盐池两品种呈连续的条形 ,宁农和乌拉特 1号下方有 1三角形谱带 ,而奇台苏丹草在该谱带左下方有 1圆点。其次 ,新苏 2号和盐池两品种在 Rf为 0 .4 5 5和 0 .4 93位置存在酶带 ,但新苏 2号酶带颜色明显深于盐池。另外 ,宁农和乌拉特 1号相比 ,Rf为 0 .834位置下方的三角形谱带乌拉特 1号居中而宁农偏右 ,可据此进一步区分该 2品种。Suitability of seedling POD isozyme PAGE was studied for identifiing 5 varieties of sudangrass (Sorghum sudanense) registered in China. Result showed that patterns of POD isozyme PAGE were markedly different among the varieties. Three groups were, firstly classified according to shape of band at of Rf 0.834. Among them, Xinsu No.2 and Yanchi belong to one group being with continuous stripe band; Qitai has a distinguish band of dot shape at left down side; and the other two varieties have a distinguish triangle band below Rf 0.834. Secondly, there are two bands are in common at Rf 0.455 and 0.493 between the varieties of Xinsu No.2 and Yanchi, however, the band of Xinsu No.2 is more darker than Yanchi. In addition, between the varieties of Ningnong and Wulate No.1, the triangle band at Rf 0.834 for Ningnong is located at right side, while that for Wulate No.1 is in the middle. This study suggested that the seedling POD isozyme PAGE could be as an efficient technique for variety identification in sudangrass.
