摘  要:观察了‘五月鲜’、‘大久保’两个桃品种越冬过程中花芽受冻情况及蛋白质和核糖核酸的变化动态。发现1.‘五月鲜’花芽的受冻时期有两个:严冬受冻和早春受冻,以早春受东为主;2.‘五月鲜’花芽的早春受冻部位为花芽基部维管束和花梗部分;3.全蛋白和核糖核酸从秋天到严冬(1月中旬)含量不断增加,然后下降,抗寒性强的品种‘大久保’全蛋白和核糖核酸含量一直高于‘五月鲜’,说明全蛋白和核糖核酸与抗寒性之间有一定关系。Cytochemical methods were used to study the changes of RNA and total protein of peach flower buds of two cultivars differing in cold hardiness, the injury symptoms of flower buds were also described. The results are. as follows. 1, The overwintering injury of 'Wu yue xian' flower buds occurred at two times( ] ) severe winter freezing injury( 2 ) early spring freezing injury. 2. The primary sites of spring freezing injury were: ( 1 ) the vascular bundles at the basal part of the flower buds( 2 ) the pedicel. 3. In the flower buds, total protein and RNA increased from late autumn to mid-January, and then decreased. The hardy variety 'Da jiu bao' had more total protein and RNA than the non-hardy one 'Wu yue xian 。' Total protein and RNA have some correlation with cold hardiness of peach flower buds.
