摘 要:黄瓜结果期,在第1果实座果期至第2果实商品成熟期的不同果实发育时期,分别对果实邻近功能叶喂饲^(14)CO_2。,48小时后观测同化产物的分配规律。结果表明,座果期,果实下位叶分别以产物输出量的55.9%和29.7%输入茎部和上端幼叶,果实仅得4.3%;而此期上位叶却以46.9%输入果实。果实膨大期和商品成熟期,叶片主要将同化产物输入其邻近果实内,其中,上位叶较下位叶的输入量高约10—17%。果实采收后,下部叶片运输方向转移,集中输向上端果实。不同叶位叶片的光合输出率与果实生长量相关程度不一。Leaves at different position adjacent to the first and second fruits of cucumber were fed with 14CO2 at each of the five reproductive stages from flowering of the first fruit to commercial maturing of the second. Radioactivity at 48 hours after labelling was measured. The result indi-cated that the fruit was a significant sink from the beginning of it's swelling stage, and the assimilated 14C-products was transported mainly to it. When flowering stage of the first fruit, the leaf under fruit transported 14C-products mostly to the upper developing leaves and the stem籦ut the leaf over the fruit near a half amount to the fruit. The upp.er position leaf contributed assimilated products to fruit about 10-17%more than the lower position leaf did.Leaves of different posi-tion would change their distribution direction after the fruit was har-vested without influncing the export rate.
