优化配煤结构,改善焦炭质量

摘　　要：介绍了湘钢近年来所取得的优化配煤结构的科研成果。在配煤中 ,多配价格较低的低灰、低硫的 1 / 3焦炭 ;减少价格较高的肥煤的配比 ,使成本下降 ,焦炭灰分、硫分下降 。Achievements in scientific research of optimizing mixing coal of XISC in recent years is introduced in this papers.In mixing coal,some coal as 1/3 coke coal can be increased,the sulphur and ash content of which is lower,its price is lower also;in reverse,some coal as fat coal must be decreased,its price of which is higher.The works is droping the cost of coke,is decreasing its sulphur and ash content.The coke quality has achieved the best historical level in 2000 years.
