摘　　要：近 30年来 ,国际反倾销趋势日益加强。中国自 1979年首次因糖精钠遭受欧共体反倾销指控后 ,遭到国外反倾销投诉的次数逐年递增 ,近年来已成为反倾销的最大受害国。本文试图从我国遭受反倾销的现状入手 ,对我国成为反倾销指控的主要目标之原因进行分析 ,并对应对措施提出几点建议。Anti-dumping has become an obvious trend in international trade field.In 1979 China met with anti-dumping from EU for the first time.China has been the focus of anti-dumping in recent years with the increasing times undergoing accusation.This paper tries to analyse the reasons and put forward several suggestions how to deal with anti-dumping against China.
