四方蒿挥发油化学成分及应用研究

摘　　要：采用G MS DC联用方法 ,测定和鉴定了四方蒿精油的化学成分 .其主要成分为蛇麻烯 (12 0 2 % )、β 蒎烯(11 98% )、异蒎莰酮 (10 0 3% )、石竹烯氧化物 (6 2 7% )、檀萜烯 (4 2 8% )、叶绿醇 (8 12 % )等 4 5个化合物 。Elsholtzia blanda Benth belongs to Elsholtzia gens plants.Its essential oils mainly has antifungal and antibacterial properties.The Elsholtzia blanda essntial oils has been studied by means of the GC and GC MS DC.45 constituents have been identified from 57 separated peaks.The major components are humulene(12 02%), β pinene(11 98%),isopinocamphone(10 03%),caryophylen eoxide(6 27%),santene(4 28%)and phytol(8 12%) etc. Major components make up 93 7% of total oils.
