摘 要:“金瓶掣签”制度是藏传佛教活佛转世制度的重要环节,是对传统确认方法的扬弃。清高宗乘平定藏乱之机果断改革,首次确定“金瓶掣签”制度,不仅理顺了藏传佛教内部矛盾,同时安定了藏区,稳定了蒙古,进一步实现了中央对西藏的主权。从转承本身来看,它完成了从习惯到法制的飞跃,从人神相隔到人神合一的跃升,从地方自主到中央施控的升华,终成千古之规法。The system of 'Jin Ping Che Qian'( Drawing lots from the Gold Pot) is an important step for Tibetan Buddhist religion to administer the Buddha reincarnation system and a sublation to the traditional method of recognition. Gao Zong of Qing Dynasty, taking the opportunity of putting down the Tibetan rebellion, was de-termined to reform and firstly established the system of 'Jin Ping Che Qian', which not only solved the internal conflicts in Tibetan Buddhists and also stablized Tebet, Mongolia, and further realized the central control over Ti-bet . Just viewing from the reincarnation, it has completed the leap from convention to legislation, the leap from separation to unification between the divinity and the human beings, the sublimation from local self-controlling to central-government, and established an eternal law at last.
