摘　　要：银行资本不足是目前国有银行面临的一个突出问题 ,也是入世后影响国有银行竞争力和可持续发展的重要因素之一。本文在分析了银行资本对商业银行生存和发展的重要意义的基础上 ,考察了我国国有银行的资本现状及其原因 ,并提出了充实国有银行资本的有效对策。At present insufficient banking funds is an outstanding issue to every state-owned bank.So is it one of the important factors that will influence the competitiveness and sustainable development of the state-owned banks.After analyzing the importance of banking funds to the survival and development of the banks,the article details the current state of state-owned banks and its causes,and points out an efficient counter-measure to replenish banking funds.
