摘　　要：本文论述了传统图书馆时期读者工作所存在的问题,提出在图书馆现代化建设中读者工作所处地位及其重要性。This paper discusses the problems that existed in the work for readers in traditional library, and then puts forward the role such work plays and its importance in the modern construction of library.
