傣药红花丹中白花丹醌的含量测定

摘　　要：目的 :建立红花丹的含量测定方法。方法 :采用分光光度法于 5 30 nm波长处测定吸收度 ,以白花丹醌为标准品。结果 :白花丹醌的线性范围为 5 .1～ 2 5 .5 μg/ml,相关系数 γ=0 .9998,平均加样回收率为 96 .70 % ,RSD=1.6 30 % ,样品中白花丹醌的含量为 0 .32 0 %。结论 :该方法简便、准确 ,可用于本品的质量控制。Object,we intend To develop a method for quantative determination of plumdagin in Plumbago indica Linn. Plumbagin was determined by spectrophotometer assay absorbency at 530nm with plumbagin as the Standard.Results:The linear range of plumbagin was 5.1-25.5μg/mL,γ=0.9998,The average recovery rate was 96.70%(n=5) RSD=1.630%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and reliable,and may be used for the quantitative control of Plumbago indica Linn.
