摘　　要：目的 :探讨自制的氟碳声学造影剂对急性心肌缺血的声学定量研究价值。方法 :套扎犬冠状动脉左前降支 ,建立急性心肌缺血模型。在套扎前后分别团注自制的氟碳声学造影剂进行谐波触发心肌显像 ,运用声学密度定量评价灌注结果。结果 :套扎冠脉前 ,前壁前间隔心肌 IBS、 PI、 AUC值造影后较造影前显著增高 ;套扎后 ,前壁前间隔心肌 IBS、 PI、 AUC值造影后无明显变化。结论 :自制的氟碳声学造影剂能使心肌灌注显影 ,可用于评价急性心肌缺血 。Objective:To explore the quantitative applications of acute myocardial ischemia with self made ultrasound contrast agent.Methods:Before and after left anterior descending arteries were ligated in 11 dogs,transvenous MCE with second harmonic transient response imaging was performed.The short axis views at papillary level were obtained.The myocardial perfusion with acoustic densitometry was assessed.Results:After transvenous MCE,the hemodynamic hadnt any changes,the IBS,PI,AUC of anterior wall and anterior interventricular septum were markedly improved before LAD ligated,but hadnt any changes after LAD ligated.Conclusions:The self made perfluorocarbon ultrasound contrast agent can make myocardial perfusion and quantitatively assess the acute myocardial ischemia.
