硒及中药抗肝纤维化实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨硒及中药的抗肝纤维化作用。方法用CCl4 等复合因素制备大鼠肝纤维化的动物模型 ,对病理形态学、常规生化指标ALT、A/G及血清肝纤维化指标HA、PCⅢ的变化进行观察。结果模型组与预防组各组之间均有显著性差异 ,而中药 +硒预防组与中药预防组之间亦有显著性差异。病理结果显示 ,模型组正常肝小叶结构被破坏 ,有假小叶形成 ,肝细胞肿胀 ,呈水样变性 ,部分肝细胞脂肪变性可见肝细胞的点状坏死 ;而预防给药各组肝细胞的脂肪变性和水样变性明显减轻 ,未见明显的假小叶形成 ,其中以中药 +硒组肝细胞脂肪变性和水样变性程度最轻。结论硒及中药单独应用均可提高A/G值、降低血清ALT及HA、PCⅢ的水平 ,减轻肝组织纤维化的形成 ;如果在中药中适量加硒 ,则会进一步增强抗肝纤维化的作用。ObjectiveTo study the preventive effect of selenium and traditional Chinese herbal medicine to hepatic fibrosis.MethodsHepatic fibrosis of rats was induced by subcutaneous injection of 40% oily solution of CCl 4. The liver pathology was observed under the light microscope. Biochemistry indexes including ALT, A/G and serum hepatic fibrosis indexes including HA, PCⅢ were detected.ResultsThere were remarkable differences of these indexes between model group and preventive groups of selenium and traditional Chinese herbal medicine. There were also remarkable differences of these indexes between traditional Chinese herbal medicine group and selenium plus traditional Chinese herbal medicine group. In pathology, it was proved that the normal structure of liver was destroyed in model group, forming pseudolobule and hydropic degeneration instead. Fatty degeneration of liver cell and spotty necrosis were also observed. In preventive groups, there were slighter fatty degeneration and hydropic degeneration. In selenium plus traditional Chinese herbal medicine group, there were the slightest fatty degeneration and hydropic degeneration.ConclusionSelenium and traditional Chinese herbal medicine can improve A/G of serum and lower the level of serum ALT(U/L)? HA(ng/ml)?PCⅢ(μg/L)by inhibiting hepatic fibrosis.
