田参氨基酸胶囊对慢性肾衰竭患者低白蛋白血症的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的 :观察田参氨基酸胶囊对慢性肾衰竭引起的低白蛋白血症的治疗作用。方法 :排除其他因素对血浆蛋白的影响后 ,在保证患者充足热量 (10 4.6～ 146 .5kJ·kg-1·d-1)的前提下进行对比观察。 (1)非透析组 :给优质低蛋白 (0 .6 g·kg-1·d-1)饮食加一般药物治疗 1个月后 ,开始加用田参氨基酸胶囊口服 ;(2 )血透组 :给优质高蛋白(1.2～ 1.4g·kg-1·d-1)饮食加一般药物治疗 ,同时行规律性血液透析治疗 1个月后 ,开始加用田参氨基酸胶囊口服 ;(3)两组患者均于服药前及服用 1个月后分别采空腹血测定血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白。结果 :两组患者治疗后血浆白蛋白、总蛋白均较治疗前明显升高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,球蛋白治疗后略有升高 ,但无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :田参氨基酸胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭引起的低白蛋白血症有效。Objective:To observe if Tianshen Amino Acids Capsules had therapy action to hypo albuminemia caused by chronic renal failure. Methods:After the other factors affecting plesma proteins had been excluded, and under the condition of enough calorific supply. The patients had been divided into two groups randomly. (1)Non-haemodialysis group: After one month of high quality low protein diet (0.6 g·kg -1·d -1) and general medicine therapy, Tianshen Amino Acids Capsules was administered.(2)Haemodialysis group: After one month of high quality high protein diet(1.2～1.4 g·kg -1·d -1), general medicine and regularly haemodialysis therapy were given.Tianshen Amino Acids Capsules was administered.(3)Before and one month later of Tianshen Capsule therapy. The fasting blood of both groups were taken to measure total plasma protein ?albumin and globulin.Results:After therapy, plasma albumin and total protein of both groups were sighificantly elevated (P<0.001).Globulin elevated a little but without significaat statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Tianshen Amino Acids Capsules are effective to hypo albuminemia caused by chronic renal failure.
