摘 要:As the development of molecular methods, studies on genetic diversity and phylogeny of rhizobia nave been progressed quickly. DNA fingerprints and ARDRA techniques were successfully used for exploring the genetic diversity within rhizobia. DNA homology and full sequencing of "molecular clock" genes revealed relationship between rhizobial evolution and phylogeny. More and more new species and genera were described.
