2型糖尿病患者尿视黄醇结合蛋白与视网膜病变的相关性

摘　　要：目的　探讨 2型糖尿病患者尿视黄醇结合蛋白 (RBP)与视网膜病变相关性。　方法　采用酶联免疫法检测 15 8例 2型糖尿病患者 2 4h尿视黄醇结合蛋白排泄 (2 4h URBP)及 2 4h尿白蛋白排泄 (2 4hUAE) ,并同时用眼底镜仔细检查其眼底。　结果　糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR )发生率随着 2 4h URBP、2 4hUAE增加而显著增高 ,2 4h U RBP、 2 4h U AE也随 DR的程度加重而显著增加。　结论　 2型糖尿病患者DR与尿 RBP。Objective To explore the relationship between urinary retinol binding protein and retinopathy in patients with type2 diabetes mellitus Methods 24 h urinary retinol binding protein excretion (24h URBP) and 24 h urinary albumin excretion(24h UAE)were measured by enzyme linked immune assay in 158 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and their retina were examined carefully via ophthalmoscopeat the same time Results The prevalence of diabetic retinopathy (DR)increased markedly withincrease of 24h URBPand 24h UAE,24h URBP and 24hrUAE also increased markedlywith the severity of DR Conclusion DR in patients with type 2 diabetesmellitus positivelycorrelated with urinary retinol binding protein and urinary albumin
