摘  要:研究3种扩链剂(环氧树脂、二异氰酸酯和亚磷酸三苯酯)对聚酸胺(PA)的熔融扩链反应。针对具有不同熔体流会指数(MI)的PA材料,得出最佳的扩链剂加入量;并研究了扩链后的PA1010的MI、机械性能和结晶性能。结果表明;以环氧树脂为扩链剂反应活性最高,扩链效果比较明显,但有一定的交联反应发生,导致挤出物熔体破裂;二异氰酸酯在扩链时,由于其在高温下自身会发生化学反应,使扩链效率降低;利用亚磷酸三苯酯在单螺杆挤出机中进行扩链反应,扩链后PA1010的熔体粘度明显增加,MI下降。Melt chain extension reaction of polyamide(PA) 1010 with epoxy resin, diisocyanate and tripenyl phosphite as chain extender was systematically studied. The optimal dosage of chain extender was selected to PA1010 with different melt index (MI); the mechanical properties and crystallinity of the chain extended PA1010 were analyzed. The results indicate that the epoxy resin is a chain extender having highest activity and preeminent chain extending effect, though it induces crosslinking to a given extent and brings about rupture of the extruded melt. In case of using diisocyanate , the chain extension efficiency of PA 1010 goes down because the chain extender itself reactschemically at high temperature. When using tripenylphosphite to extend the chain of PA 1010 in a single screw extruder, the melt viscosity of the chain extended resultant obviously rises while its MI lowers, with happening of a rather slight crosslinking as side - reaction.
