体制转轨时期民营经济发展的约束分析

摘　　要：作为渐进式体制转轨的内生性产物 ,民营经济的发展约束是因体制转轨的滞后和不协调形成的 ,主要表现在民营经济的市场准入、企业融资和私有产权保护等现状难以满足其进一步发展的要求。目前 ,只有进行制度创新 ,营造有利于民营经济发展的制度环境 ,才能解决民营经济发展的约束问题。As an endogenous product of gradual institutonal transition,private economy′s developmental restriction is resulted from lag and inharmony of institutional transition.The developpmental restriction mainly embodies market admitting,enterprise financing and private ownership protection,etc,which can not adapt to its demand of continuous development.At present,it′s an effective way to solve the problems of private economy′s developmental restriction implementing institutional innovation,crating a new institution to be fit for the development of private economy.
