摘　　要：濮城油田沙一下油藏从 1 980年投入开发 ,目前已进入后期 ,实施和单井吞吐后 ,综合含水下降 ,递减得了缓解 ,节约了成本 ,创造了良好的经济效益 ,达到了降水稳油的目的 。This paper studied a new way for the developed of high and extra-high water content oil reservoir. It through applicting of stopping waterflooding and dropping formation pressure and swallowing and spiting on the lower part of Esl reservoir in PUCHENG oilfield. This plan has gotten remarkable enconomic profit and decrease the cost of oil production and optimized the production performance.
