梅花鹿鹿茸有害元素、农药残留及微生物分析初报  

Comparison of Harmful Elements and Microbe Counts of Three Branched and Two Branched Velvet Antler from Sika Deer

摘　　要：对吉林省 3个国营养鹿场的鹿茸样品———三杈茸和二杠茸各 3支 ,分别进行了有害元素、农药残留及微生物的分析。结果表明 :三杈茸与二杠茸 ,砷含量分别为 0 30mg/kg、0 2 3mg/kg ;铅含量分别为 0 37μg/g、0 4 8μg/g ;汞含量分别为 0 0 6 μg/g、0 0 4 μg/g ;六六六含量分别为 0 0 2 0 μg/g、0 0 0 88μg/g ;DDT均小于0 0 0 0 0 5 μg/g;微生物细菌总数、霉菌、致病菌均未检出 ,2种茸大肠菌群均小于 30MPN/ 10 0g。Harmful elements and microbe counts of three branched and two branched velvet antler of sika deer from 3 deer farms were determined in 2001.The results showed that As contents wof three branched antler and two branched antler were 0 30 mg/kg and 0 23 mg/kg; Pb were 0 37 μg/g and 0 48 μg/g ;Hg contents 0 06 μg/g and 0 04 μg/g;gemmexane contents were 0 020 μg/g and 0 008 8 μg/g respectively ;but DDT in both samples were lower than 0 000 05 μg/g.No mould and pathogenic bacteria were found. E. coli were found in two samples but the numbers were both less than 30 MPN/100g ween two kind antler.
