三个新选玉米雄性不育胞质花药败育的超微结构观察

摘  要:利用电子显微镜对 3个新选玉米雄性不育胞质G、类2 、类3 的发育过程进行观察。从四分体时期开始 ,G、类2 、类3 的绒毡层细胞径向膨大 ,严重液泡化 ,有的内切壁及径向壁不解体 ,内切质膜外侧没有乌氏体产生 ,单核中期小孢子外壁发育不完全 ,G、类2 、类3 胞质的小孢子外壁都有不连续的基足层发育 ,而没有覆盖层发育 ,3种不育胞质的基足层形态各不相同 ,与C胞质的小孢子外壁也有不同。以上结果表明 ,G、类2 、类3 胞质属于C组 ,但三者相互之间及其与C胞质之间在败育进程及特点上有所不同。The abnormal developments begin at tetrad stage, such as radial expansion and excessive vacuolization of tapetal cells, the internal and radial walls do not collapse and the Ubish bodies outside inscribed plasmolemma in tapetal cells do not come into being, and the microspore exine does not form at intermediate microspore stage. The pollen abortion begins from tetrad stage to intermediate microspore stage and completes at intermediate microspore stage. All of these features are similar to that of C cytoplasm and different from cytoplasm T and S. At intermediate microspore stage, cytoplasm G, Lei_2 and Lei_3 have developed discontinuous nexine but have not formed the tactum of exine. However, the nexine of cytoplasm G has different morphological characters from cytoplasm Lei_2 and Lei_3, as well as from the double exine of microspore in cytoplasm C .These results indicate that G, Lei_2 and Lei_3 belong to group C but their abortion process or mechanism have some differences.
