红掌袋式与瓶式组织培养生产性指标比较试验

摘　　要：利用袋式与瓶式组织培养 2种方法生产红掌苗 ,经 3个周期的数量统计结果表明 ,其生产性指标 ,培养苗的生长情况无显著影响 ;其他指标均有显著差异 ,以袋式组织培养方法比较优越。袋式比瓶式容器一次性投入可降低90 0 % ,培养基用量减少 6 6 7% ,培养架空间利用率提高 5 1 1% ,污染率降低 5 7 0 %。Date Collected for three cycles after the culture of Anthurium revealed that there were no significant differences in growth between bag type and vial type culture but great differences existed in that compared to vial type culture,bag type culture had made 9 0% of lump sum investment in container be reduced,66 7% of media use be lowered,51 1% of room utilizing rate be heightened and 57 0% of contaminstion rate be cut down.
