摘　　要：国有股减持的目的是改善中国资本市场的股权结构和流动性 ,提高市场配置资源的能力 ,提高国有资本运行的效率 ,改善上市公司法人治理结构 ,补充社会保障资金 .本文减持的历史背景、减持的原则、减持的参与者与方式、减持的方案。The objective of reduction of state owned share is to improve equity structure and liquidity of Chinese market to improve the ability of resource allocation in the market to improve the efficiency of state owned capital to improve the management structure of listed companies and to improve the storage of social welfare fund. In this dissertation,I demonstrate my own opinion in a large extend of state owned shares,in terms of reduction history?discipline?participants and methods?scheme of reduction?reduction price and option scheme.
