摘  要:目的 观察雌虫酚酶活性被抑制后 ,日本血吸虫成虫诱导感染小鼠的伴随免疫作用。方法 每只小鼠初次感染日本血吸虫尾蚴 (40± 1)条 ,4 2 d后攻击感染 (40± 1)条尾蚴 ,其间初次感染 2 1d开始 ,按 30 0 m g/ kg的剂量隔日 1次腹腔注射丙烯基硫脲 ,至攻击感染后 2 0 d剖杀小鼠。同时设立实验对照组 (未注射丙烯基硫脲组 ) ,初次感染对照组及攻击感染对照组。计算各组减虫率并进行统计学处理。结果 实验组和对照组减虫率分别为 86 .4 %和 36 .8%。经χ2 检验差异有非常显著意义 (χ2 =10 .7,P <0 .0 1)。两组检获虫体总数分别为 2 8.9± 10 .2和 34.8± 14 .2。经 t检验差异也有显著意义 (t=1.785 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 日本血吸虫酚酶活性被抑制后 ,虫卵卵壳形成被抑制 ,雌虫不能产出正常虫卵或虫卵不能发育成熟。依此建立的新模型提示 ,无可溶性虫卵抗原(SEA)存在 。Objective To obserave the effect of anti reinfection of mice infected with Schistisoma japonicum (S.j) resulted from inhibiting phenol oxidase′s acitivity of the female adult worm.Methods Fourty two days after initially infection with 40±1 cercariae of S.j, the mices were challenged with (40±1) S.jcercariae. From the post infection 21 days, the mice of experimental group were administrated with a inhibitor of phenol oxidase(allyl thiourea)at the dose of 300 mg/kg every other day by intraperitoneal injection. At the post reinfection 20 days, the mice were sacrificed to observe the results. The worm reduction rate was estimated for each group.Results The worm reduction rate of the experimental group and the experimental control group were 86.4% and 36.8%,respectively. There was obvious difference between the two groups by χ 2 test(χ 2=10.7,P<0.01). The mean value of worm number of the two group were 28.9±10.2 and 34.8±14.2,respectively. There was also significantly difference(t=1.785,P<0.05).Conclusions The anti reinfection ability of mice infected with S.j was obviously increased after the inhibitor of phenol oxidase was administrated.
