摘 要:GPSTFT (GPS时间频率传递 )和TWSTFT (双向卫星时间频率传递 )技术是目前国际时间频率同步的高精度实用方法。根据国际计量局 (BIPM)时间部 2 0 0 0年时间公报公布的数据 ,用时域分析方法 ,对这两种传递技术的长期特性进行了统计分析和比较。同时介绍了一些明晰的结果。(1)两种传递技术之间的时间同步精度为 2~ 3ns。(2 )取样时间为 2 0天以上时 ,两种传递技术得到的两地UTC时间差的频率稳定度是基本相似的 ,为 3~ 6× 10 - 15。(3)两种传递技术得到的两地UTC时间差的频率稳定度模型由调频白噪声过程到调频闪变噪声过程 ;两种传递技术之间的频率稳定度模型基本是调相白噪声过程 ,长期比对频率同步精度达到 3~ 6× 10 - 16 。GPSTFT (GPS Time and Frequency Transfer) and TWSTFT (Two Way Satellite Time and Frequency Transfer) techniques are practical means of high precision for international time and frequency synchronization at present. According to the data published by Time Bulletin of the BIPM Time Section during 2000 year, by using the analyzing method of time domain, statistical analysis and comparison for their long term characteristics on two transfer techniques have been carried out. At the same time, some definite results have been described in this paper. (1) The time synchronization precision between two transfer techniques is 2~3ns. (2) When the sampling time is over 20 days, the frequency stability of UTC time difference between two sites obtained by two transfer techniques are identical on the whole, they are 3~6×10 -15 . (3) The frequency stability model of UTC time difference between two sites obtained by two transfer techniques are from FM white noise process to FM flicker noise process; the frequency stability model between two transfer techniques basically is PM white noise process, and the frequency synchronization precision to long term comparison arrives 3~6×10 -16 .
