摘　　要：根据油浆泵的结构及材料 ,选用Ni60、Ni45镍基自熔性合金粉末 ,采用喷焊技术 ,制定合理的喷焊工艺 ,在其内腔及叶轮表面 ,制备出高温下耐冲蚀性能优异的致密涂层 ,将油浆泵的使用寿命提高 1倍以上。In terms of the structure and materials of oil pumping, a suitable self-flux powdered alloy of nickel base such as Ni60 or Ni45 and a reasonable spray welding procedure are employed, so that a hard and compact coating on the surface of chamber and impeller of oil pumping with superior characteristic of anti-scour and anti-erosion at high temperature is attained .The service life of oil pumping is increased by more than twice.
