摘　　要：大尺寸 45钢轴类零件在高温盐浴炉实施快速加热淬火 ,通过控制加热时间或工件出炉温度可以获得 6A type of axle made of steel 45 (SAE1045/ANSIC1045) can be heated quickly by controlling the heating time or the temperature of the parts when taking out of the salt bath,the part′s hardness more than 60HRC and a certain hardened layer can be obtained.
