摘　　要：推钢式加热炉普遍存在着钢坯加热黑印较重,钢坯下表面被划伤造成钢板延伸性能不合格、钢板表面产生结疤、起皮等质量缺陷。通过新型全热滑轨的应用使上述缺陷基本得到根治。The blooms heated in pusher heating furnace generlly hav e serious dark mark and nicking which make the elongation property of steel pla te become worse and the scars and nicking be formedon the surface of steel pl ate.The application of new type all-hot skid rail can basically eliminate th e above-mentioned defects.
