摘　　要：康斯迪工艺提出了电炉炼钢新概念:即利用电弧炉排出的高温废气对送往炉中的炉料进行连续预热。由于排放的烟尘非常少及噪音小,所以钢厂内外的环境得到了改善,还降低了电耗及减小了对供电电网的冲击。The CONSTEEL process introduces a new concept in electric stee l -making.The process uses the furnace off-gas and fuel to preheat the scrap fed into the furnace.The environment inside and outside of the steel plant is improved by decreasing levels of noise and hazardous emissions.Energy cons umption decreases,and disturbances to the electric network are eliminated.
